Jaclyn (aka Nikki) Stanifer, has been in the Ava Mo real estate office since 2015. She is the office coordinator, and obtained her sales license in December 2016. She is technology savvy, and has taken several college courses on business and marketing, which gives her a great edge for working in the real-estate industry.
Being a native of Douglas County, and a graduate from Ava High School, she knows the area and people well, this makes a perfect fit to pursue a career in real estate.
As the mother of an active 7 year and 3 year old, she gets through the day with sweet tea, and Jesus! There is very little time for anything other than counting numbers, learning ABC’s and playing, but when time does allow she enjoys crafting, hunting, fishing, cooking, and floating down local streams.
She applies hard work, integrity, honesty, and promptness to try and make all real estate transactions as smooth and painless as possible. She keeps in close contact with customers, banks, appraisers, inspectors, and closing companies to initiate every aspect of the closing process. She also has ample experience with first time home buyers, USDA, FHA, VA & Conventional loans.
