Nikki is a dedicated mom to her two active children, ages 10 and 5. She credits her energy to sweet tea and Jesus, balancing a full life with grace and humor. In her (rare) spare time, she loves tending to her chickens, baking, crafting, fishing, cooking, and floating down local streams.
